Yes, and the fact that no urinalyses or blood work is mentioned at all tells me that the kids weren't regularly being "dosed" because you know the state would have immediately taken at least the first because of its higher reliability. And the fact that it was only one child that tested positive makes me question the test itself. I'd at least retest.
