Judges have immunity for their decisions. It can get struck down by a higher court, yes, but that doesn't incriminate the lower court judge.

If Trump does go after the judge, that would be a civil case (and once again, he can't. Not only due to judicial immunity, but because it's the exact same thing that's happening to him: the current political party going after its enemies).

The judge could be impeached, but we all know that's unlikely (it never happens). So no .. there is no felony and nothing will happen. It should get overturned though, eventually.
