You legally are not permitted to decompile proprietary software, as that's a form of modification and makes a derivative work and you're similaroily not permitted to modify that derivative work or distribute it, which is not freedom respecting.
It isn't even possible to get that kind of proprietary software past the osd either; https://opensource.org/osd
