      University of Waterloo investigates suspected ransomware attack on email server | CBC News
      The University of Waterloo is investigating after a suspected ransomware attack on the school's online systems. A spokesperson told CBC News that the on-premises email server was compromised, but that "99.9 per cent our email users are not affected because their email services are hosted in the cloud."
