@SuperDicq @munir Don't forget free means freedom, so by licensing under the AGPLv3-or-later if you were to share that software to other people, you have given it away for freedom.

Of course, you can choose to only share the software when you wish and therefore not provide a copy until you've received payment - which is a legitimate thing to do, as you receive payment to fund improvements to the software and the other user receives payment.
