    #Russian volunteers fighting on the Ukrainian side broke through the Russian-Ukrainian border and entered the Belgorod and Kursk regions.

    They reportedly took control of a border crossing and destroyed a Russian APC. They are acting independently, without the help of the Ukr intelligence.
