@subtype @Ukko @40 @bl00d the larpers mostly have the right idea, you'll get fat distribution dismorphism, but you could find fat people and athletes of both genders.
Pregnancy would significantly affect taste and texture but there wouldnt be much difference in standard conditions.
The skin and subcutaneous fat layers might have a different smell but human skin isnt really what you wanna eat anyway.
