Wow. When I tried to watch it, 'Love on the Spectrum' felt highly exploitative of disabled people and/or autistics, but this confirms it.
One of the stars was dropped because she dates primarily other neurodiverse people, finding that it's better for her. The show wants more drama and angst, so she's out. They'd rather focus on, "autistics with disabilities trying to date abled neurotypicals", and that's pretty gross.
