Luis Villa@bert_hubert @sovtechfund it's just that we need really broad coverage for the sort of thing they're doing. The amount of money they've committed, and the RFP-driven way of giving it out, is going to solve only a small number of problems. But it's better than nothing, which is what the rest of us are (mostly) doing right now.
