I always heard from Anti-Yellow Fever wignats that it was Asian broads that look neotonous and that their opposition couldn't pull strong looking wywimminz.
Honestly when I look at wywimminz I see stronger facial features (just look at those Nazi propaganda art pieces by Wolfgang Wilrich)
