Here is what you do

1 large ham with bone (spiral is nice)
5 cups Great Northern beans (soak overnight dont used canned beans like a pussy)
2 diced onions
Salt
Black Pepper

Guess at all measurements (thats just how I do it) cook 8 hours medium setting
