Frances LarinaI feel like ND people need a name for that feeling of being in between special interests. Then we could just say, "oh, I'm [neurodiverse terminology here] right now". The closest my spouse & have come is to echolalia-quote POTC ("I'm in the market, as it were"), but that only works between the two of us. We also need a descriptive name for ex-special interests that even NT people will grasp immediately ("why don't you do xyz anymore? You really seemed to enjoy it!").
