You should totally give lunesta a shot if that's feasible for sleep

That's pretty much what happens after like 6 months on benzos but it's harder to stop because the withdrawal is worse than heroin (have personally experienced both)

If any of this has come off as like aggressive I'm sorry, it's Def not meant to be. A large percentage of my friends are mentally ill, drug users, or both, and I don't know a single person who benzos didn't make worse long term
