Hell week is over, and so is the current training plan.
Since late April I went from 80kg/21.5% body fat to 72.4kg/14.5% body fat. For reference, height is 185cm. While not the 11% I would dream of, it is still a very solid result! Also it is my first time actually dieting, tracking all those calories and macros.
Now, I think, I will go back to dumbbells, but this time I'm keeping track of calories :D
