Looking at the law it seems that denying the holocaust and support for the nazi party are illegal. I don't see how denying that Hitler existed violates either law. I think you could even deny that the nazis existed, and when pressed on the holocaust, say that it happened, but the some other party was responsible, e.g. the allies.
