@roadriverrail @miah It might also depend on how introspective you are, or if you're checking for all of the symptoms versus a subset. My experience had been that, as burnout deepens, symptoms get more severe and/or more symptoms appear.
I was just talking about it with my therapist today, how "burnout" is a very broad term and encompasses many types of impact:
- lack of sleep
- exhaustion (regardless of amount of sleep)
- hair falling out
- short term memory problems
- sexual dysfunction
- ...
