@miah my preferred interview question doesn't rely on any particular technology. I present the candidate with a serious problem and a tight deadline, then offer them a reasonably equipped lab and an assistant and ask them to step me through working the problem. I want to hear how they break down an unfamiliar problem, how they investigate stuff, if they'll keep their assistant on task, etc, etc. I can teach tech skills to someone with the horsepower; I can't do the inverse.
