@Tony I get what you mean but submissive is the wrong descriptor. A woman who shows 0 interest in you and puts you down for liking something is a shitty partner or just not a good match. Women don't want that kind of guy either. A partner who listens to you isn't submissive, she's a decent person.
A man who says "I want a submissive wife" knows full well what it means and implies. The word is pretty on the nose.
