This all started blowing up around 2015 or so, and they typically treat children in their teens so it really shouldn’t take too long. But otoh some of them actually buy into this tranny stuff (esp once it’s too late and irreversible because of the drugs and hormones) and a lot of them commit suicide, so I dunno. I also imagine many are super dysfunctional and are too embarrassed to address it.
