Usually to switch games, you have some button shortcut (on Exa it's 1P Start + Button 1), or you ask the operator to do it for you. If I was an arcade owner-operator, my first choice nowadays would be getting some MAMEcabs running legit roms of stuff and then a bunch of Exa machines + game cartridges for them in order to round out the newer games.
