@sugarbell i wouldnt be a startup. i would be self employed. i just pay them for a service. more like a barber than an employee.

they are paid by time in most cases afaik.

yes it might be a loss early on but if i learn something from it it is worth over doing it myself. maybe ill do it myself for 1-2 years for the experience first, than pay them, learn from them, do it myself and than figure out whats better
