There are some signs already. Air travel is being reduced on purpose, it's going to be harder to escape. Only fat rats are going to be able to jump ship. If it was just me I would liquidate everything and buy a compound in Colombia. Market it as a get away for Americans who also want to escape. There's a tipping point when people pay taxes their whole lives and then have the rug pulled on them that will kick off that kind of stuff.
