You can get PTSD-like thingies from all kinds of experiences.
They don't need to be "objectively bad", sometimes "bad to you" is enough.
Also when it comes to relationships, no matter the kind, in which the communication wasn't mutually beneficial, you may not know yourself if something was "bad to you" for quite some time to come.
And the trauma may also hit you, when something is long over.
That's one reason people tend to believe that being able to take time for oneself can make one miserable.
But I think that the Psyche needs time to heal, like everything else does and therefore takes the time, when it can get it.
