     @sugarbell i wouldnt be a startup. i would be self employed. i just pay them for a service. more like a barber than an employee.
     
     they are paid by time in most cases afaik.
     
     yes it might be a loss early on but if i learn something from it it is worth over doing it myself. maybe ill do it myself for 1-2 years for the experience first, than pay them, learn from them, do it myself and than figure out whats better

     called Buchhalter. Or Steuerberater for taxes especially. there are agencies for that or u find someone specifically. the thing is u want to have someone good at it who explains the concepts to u. or atleast learn their craft and do it more efficient than them after some time.

     @sugarbell being cuddly online doesnt give me anything. irl cuddling is comfy and gives sweet cuddle hormones. online i prefer comedic foo and foster hard conversations.
     
     and my humor can be quite harsh so i try to keep it down to not offend anyone.

     @lain @sugarbell yeah i talked a little bit to someone reforming failed companies (some economy dude)
     
     tax advisors are better than most people. and more money efficient if they do it cheaper than i would do it.
     
     there is still a learning curve to find out what one can deduct from taxes and only good tax advisors are inclined to do so.
     
     learnt the quote from him:
     
     "I wanna pay as much taxes as possible, but the least amount possible in percentages"

     @lain @sugarbell also in many cases as an employee the company will just pay an tax advisor. so it will result in a lower wage.
     
     also tax advisors are tax deductable :comfysmirk:
