@shrugdealer as a pipe tobacco smoker I wish this headline where accurate. However as any tobacconist having paid attention the last twenty years can tell you all of big tobacco's political action this century has been very strategic resulring in making it nearly impossible for anyone to compete no matter how small the niche. Out hobby is dying in hopes of more gross gas station cigarettes in the name of saving the children

    R.J. Reynolds and other tobacco companies filed a request Tuesday asking the U.S. Supreme Court to impose an emergency order to stop California from enforcing a ban on flavored tobacco products that was overwhelmingly approved by voters earlier this month.
