     @duponin That was a fascinating read, and I actually respect him for not letting people bully him into going against his vision. There are plenty of good reasons to keep things plaintext. Just because people want something doesn’t mean it’s a good idea.

     @alex @duponin Gee, I was considering adding markdown to post composition in #mammudeck, letting you set it as the default, if your server supports it, which Pleroma does. Will such posts look horrid to Mastodon users?
