   baking is actually not that hard
   
   im playing the low difficulty version rn after a multi-year hiatus
   
   no mixer or equipment really, but using my hands allows me to very evenly crush butter and moderate the correct lumpiness
   
   very fun and relaxing
   
   and people love it when i give them treats hehe

     no yeast required, just uses eggs to make it rise and it's very tasty :))

     so far we got cornbread, apple oatmeal cookies, beer bread, banana nut bread, and uhhh a couple things i dont remember
     
     ive gotten a lot better at paying attention to recipes than last time i baked
     
     i think i prefer uncomplicated things.... ie the idea of a frosted cake is stressful
