   If someone sends you a letter with the four-letter Name (Tanakh quote) in it, do you throw it out? I know it's traditionally frowned upon, but getting it to a geniza is hard.

   I'm tempted to let them off with a warning, not to send me שמות, and to throw it away just this one time, or maybe to send the offending page back to them for them to deal with.

     @kolev @mazeldon Maybe you could fold it up and put it in the back of your most-rarely opened siddur. That way you can forget about it without the risk of accidentally throwing it out.

     If you belong to a synagogue, they might be able to take it. Or if you have any connection to a Jewish burial ground.
