The okayest poster there is @ok_post_guy RFK Jr saying he never knew anybody who was autistic as a kid is particularly galling considering his aunt Eunice founded a day camp for kids with autism in 1962 and founded the Special Olympics in 1968 Just a completely dishonest POS “I never saw anybody who was autistic when I was a kid,” Kennedy claimed. “Never.” He added that men his age—Kennedy is 70—don't have “full blown autism,” which he defined as “wearing helmets” and “not being toilet trained” and “head-banging, stimming, toe-walking." I cannot possibly overstate how much | loathe people who insult, denigrate, or dismiss people with mental disabilities
