     @kaia wait, if you’re employed by a company do they have any benefits insurance wise? here if you work for a company you can either opt for the private insurance or use that private insurance to top up your “public” insurance

     @cell if you earn over a certain threshold, you can switch to private insurance as employee. but it's usually a bad idea since payments in old age will be quite large. service is much better though.

     @kaia @cell you can get the same service by just paying yourself for 'normal' stuff and using the insurance if you actually get cancer/diabetes/need ozempic
