Vaccines work and have saved 100s of millions of lives.

Here are graphics of the number of cases per 100,000 people for all 50 states and DC over time for Measles, Polio and Smallpox, showing how they rapidly declined after vaccines were introduced.

Shouldn't everyone know this already?
