     Even for ribs? Pork ribs have long been my favorite. I don't eat much pork otherwise, it's fine overall, but there's just easier stuff to cook.

     @Dramamine I do eat pork, but it's not my first choice. It's generally lower-quality meat compared to almost anything else, but it's still meat.
