   @Takiro True. But considering how many friends just didn't get Mastodon and decentralization no matter how many times I (or others ) explained it, I GET the appeal of Bluesky.

   I love having accounts on both, as the vibes are both similar and different. I wish more people were on Mastodon/Fedi, but until they become easier to use most people will go with the centralized option.

   I found to stay here you have to really work at it, and that's fine.

     @mriesp @Takiro Thank you! So it just looks like we're waiting for the ability for federation to roll out, but it's going to work quite differently from instances on the Fediverse.
