   i almost wasn’t going to share this because I think my first time sparring with a helm on was embarrassingly bad but here it is anyways. you can see me at the end walking away just a little frustrated 😓

     Just tried sparring for the first time with a sallet helm over my fencing mask. The limited vision is a lot to overcome but it is to be expected... i also took a heavy hit to the head and it felt totally fine :hema_sweat:
