even seeing "I feel unsafe" makes me feel weary

Oh, well yeah but that'll just be called the "employee help" department. The term "human resources" carries such a negative connotation and I'd rather avoid that.

do you ever think there was a time when an employee complained to HR and the man there told him to stop being a mary and get back to work, or was it always so faggoty.

I know that if I can ever hire people, my human resources department will be non-existent and my employees will have my blessing to tell customers who act like pricks to fuck off

@BroDrillard @matty @db there are only two types of sales jobs; one where people are beating your door down to buy your shit, or ones where you have to convince people to buy things. The only way long term to do the later is to be a dick: "I know what they want, and they don't"

@BroDrillard @petra @db @matty because the whole setup is that it is their right to feel safe wherever.

@matty @db @sickburnbro They were once just the personnel department and strictly paperwork and administration. If you went to them with a complaint about feeling "unsafe" they wouldn't know what the fuck you were talking about. You're working in a steel plant with a bunch of Poles. Of course you feel unsafe. Get outta here.

"Feeling unsafe" is such a retarded thing. How you feel is up to you. Go and start "feeling safe".
