     @sim @anemone @vriska @lucy Pretty sure sending folks to the hospital because you can't drive anymore is going to cause a lot more problems for more people, especially if they're poor in a country without nationalized health coverage (US).

     @anemone @tk @vriska @lucy I feel like running a car is already expensive enough that we would just be pricing the poor out.
     
     Also, I think that foreigners are some of the worst drivers and at parking here. Probably because they come from places where the driving rules and culture is different.

     @tk @anemone @vriska @lucy Unless they are disabled, then I don't think a test is going to make a difference. It's not difficult to be on your best behaviour during a test and then going rogue when you are passed.
