@sun I'd argue that it's mainly on you in the end. How you perceive yourself is what remains when people mocked without good reasoning block you.
As such, i wish you luck on your quest to become better at explaining what you reject.

But even if they don't block, at some point the conversation will end.I remember from the days when i was more agressive that while it is a bit satisfying to get someone obnoxious to shut up, the really memorable conversations are the ones where explaining was understood.
How well can one feel with oneself, really, if all one did was say "you're stupid" and that's that?
