   @clacke sorry I won't engage with people you boost anymore, it went really wrong today and I regret it. I still don't think I deserved how the person responded to me just trying to be friendly but I reacted really badly to it.

     @sun Please consider that they responded badly too so you were reacting to that. They were being rude because they were triggered and you can call them on it. But perhaps in politer terms.
     
     I have someone on my timeline that posts similar stuff on that side and it can be a challenge to remain calm. But I like the challenge to recognise when something alters my state of mind like this and then decide to move on if I don't have anything good to contribute. To just let other people be to have their opinions on things which I don't have to engage with.
