When I was working at that tech support job, this old Bible dude came in - and he wasn’t like just regular. He was one of those ones who flop around & do snakes & shit.
Anyways. I was fixing his phone & he’s all asking me if I know god & stuff.
It was kinda uncomfortable because 1. I’m at work & 2. I didn’t want to be like “I kinda like paganism“ & get stabbed. So I was like, yah I know about Jesus he seemed like a nice guy.

and this dude was like you need to come to our revivals & I was like 😩😭 and he started telling me that he can lay hands.
I didnt fuckin know what that meant & I was like “cool- I make people catch these hands too”. Then he noticed that my glasses are thicccc & he was like “is your eyesight bad?”. and I wanted to be like, bro what do you think? but I’m a nice lass & was like “yeah it’s bad lol”

So this guy is like “I can cure you.”. and tbh I was like 👀 & hes all would you like that? which was kinda creepy ngl. And I was like, you can try, bro.

Anyways, I had to come out from behind my desk & take off my glasses & he stuck his thumbs in my eyes & wrapped his hands around my head & started shaken baby syndroming me- like hard jiggle my head all around & he was hollering a bunch of gibberish (I think he legit was making up words) & it became a SCENE.

Anyway- he was like “you won’t need those glasses tomorrow“ & left.

Then my boss came out & got mad at me for letting a weirdo touch me.

Also- I’m still blind.

I think about this interaction a lot.
