     “I don't understand companies sending their employees to work when there's a major storm. This is a picture from Impact Plastics in Erwin, TN. Employees leaving work, there are 4 missing, 1 has been found dead. This location is right beside the Nolichucky River.”

     The river had already swallowed the vehicles in the parking lot when Impact Plastics finally allowed their workers to leave. Employees were led to believe that the company would withhold their paychecks if they evacuated like the supervisors had done when exits were safe.

     Impact Plastics has denied they made workers stay as their property flooded from #helene. Their workers tell a different story.
