     You might have the nicest product on the planet but when the PR person or developer is batshit insane, it goes out the window.
     
     The Louis Rossmann using GrapheneOS saga is probably the best example of this, Louis is recording a video about the developers conduct and in REAL TIME he's sending Louis schizophrenic hate mail as he's recording.

     It's hard to support people like this because these are exactly the types who would do the software versions of pager bombs to get back at their enemies (see the developer who overwrote shit on computers with Russian IPs).
