   Egg "studies" was my wake up call as a child. I became a news junkie at 7. After a year I'd realized I'd seen several contradicting news reports on how healthy eggs were, all studies done by respected colleges. It was the moment I realized it was all bullshit.

     I eat 8 a day. I could easily eat 3 meals of 8 eggs a day. It's doable.
