     If she's 25 when that photo is taken, then 15 years after that photo she'd be 40. They don't get the real sag until about ten years after it starts (menopause), unless they are unhealthy (fat, excessive drug use).

     Tits sag at the same rate; depends more on size (strain on connective tissue) and lifestyle.
