   I tried to log into https://apc.com/ at 9:30pm on a weeknight to change my email address there and got this:

     To change the username of my Amica account from my old email address, customer service reset my online profile and sent me a link to recreate it, which caused my new email address to become my login ID. My guess is they're in the midst of transitioning from email addresses as usernames to separate usernames, and they haven't built out all of the required functionality on the web site yet. The customer service rep did say this was a "new process," which supports that theory.
