Grandma just died and the house was not in great shape because it was kind of neglected for the last 20 years, and you're doing the work by yourself.

     I am going to interject here that if they are doing it by using illegal labor whose welfare, kids school and er visits are funded by moi and the profits go to the house flipping boomer coomers using illegals to make it happen definitely not.
     
     Off topic but that issue is only an issue because of the illegal labor that is always used.
     
     Used to be people had to put in effort and pay into the system to get an end reward.
