     The 25th amendment requires the house to allow the transition and they can condition the transfer. Like, they could only allow a 25th amendment if they make Trump the VP.

     Also, Biden would have to allow the transfer of power.

     @magicalthinking I haven't read the 25th in a while, but I feel like the point of it would be to be something they weren't allowed to contest.
     
     But yes, him publicly contesting it while they were doing it to him would be a bad look. So probably unlikely.
