     ideally i'd love to have a fucking semi-trailer RV (for a movable FOB (forwards operations base)) AND a moped/scooter for a local fast mobility.

     I'd go for car licence.
     
     I feel like e-bike / e-scooter is way handier in urban environment. Granted you manage to keep if from getting stolen or otherwise fucked over.

     @rin @hj @jonossaseuraava it's like 2k€ in test taking fees and driving school lessons (add some more if you need to take extra hours), and maybe two months of your life (18h of driving, 4h theory stuff, the difficulty is scheduling the driving with your instructor)
     
     also in favor of car license: you can drive moped/scooter with it too

     never bothered back home cuz it seemed like a lot of work, but here they only required one theory class and 16 hours of practice lessons
