Oh, that’s good. Yes.A cousin of that: Brahms reportedly once said to a pianist who was playing •all• the notes in a loud section full blast at once and making a big acoustic mess, “Forte is full of piano.”
Maybe the modern version should be “Loud is full of quiet.”
