If you develop a #terminal application with OSC-8 hyperlink support, please, please, please assign unique IDs, and *don't* rely on the terminal auto-assigning an ID.
Not providing an ID, _almost_ makes OSC-8 useless - you might just as well print the URL without the hyperlink escape.
