     @SuperSnekFriend @sickburnbro Hence the removal of a martial class as a counterbalance to merchant power that has occurred within the west post-WW1. The merchants, both ((())) and otherwise, thrive within systems where force is sparingly used to assert the sovereign powers authority against monied interests, themselves being subject to the whims of the loss and profit.
